I just spent a happy couple of hours with the drivers door in bits, trying to speed up the window. I'd always wondered why the glass seemed loose on that side - perhaps I should have checked the little sawn off self tapper in the back of the door BEFORE disassembly - oh well.

yes it's much better thanks - I'd describe it as 'slow' which is a vast improvement.

Although I just saw Alan's post and the replies on the trim at the top of the door (inside window and realised mine's not right - it only has a section in the centre maybe 8 inches or so.
