I sure this has been asked before, but the search function is down ...

Where have others got their chrome bumper trim from and what size did you use ?

Cheers

Liam, I got some from here for the front bumper inserts, unfortunately I ordered a size that was a little too small but it looks ok and no one has ever noticed, I have plenty left if you want me to send you some

Cheers Mate.

I didn't realise you'd put some back on, I've still got the old ones in the shed, chromes come off them though.
I presume then you bought the 6mm stuff? I've measured the ones I've got they are approx. 10mm. I'm concerned that if I get the 12mm ones that you can also get from woolies they will be too wide and not stick on very well.

10mm sounds more like it, some on that link above or www.phoenixtrim.co.uk may sell shorter length ?

Liam, I'll check where the bodyshop got theirs from when they replaced the bit Roger broke. I remember them saying it took a while to find a supplier...

Dale, he's already got enough to do to get the car back in one piece without you adding to the list of jobs hehe

OK, I'm not confinced that the stuff they used is a great fit, I was going to replace that one as well. It is coming off already where it doesn't fit too well, I think it is too wide.
