headlamp rims

My S1 will be back on the road soon, looking bright and shiny, but the headlamp rims have been attacked by tinworm. Any idea what car they came off, or how to get replacements? Cheers.

Chrome ring I replaced was supplied by TVR, came in a WIPAC box marked number S5445 (8inch)which should be available from motor factors Hope that helps........Steve Parker

I was told by a non-TVR specialist that the chrome rings have been discontinued. I got a pair from Team Central but they come without the drilled strip used to screw them on. Easy enough to add yourself. I believe Tower View also have them in stock. Cheers, Peter Humphries (and a green V8S)

Wipac chrome rings are still available and can be obtained through Lucas dealers. Wipac S5445 at £10.53 each inc vat. also rear bowls with inner chrome ring are still available which are Wipac S5400 at £10.45 inc vat.(wipac fitted to my S)plenty in stock where I made enquiries. Steve Parker

I got 2 from Mini shop london they were about £7 each. Seem to fit ok
