Hi all,

I have had to make the decision to sell my S2. My heart tells me to keep the car but my head knows that I am not using her and she is sat in my garage. I bought the car 2 years ago having looked around for at least a year until I found the right one ( I saw some awful cars in that time).

I originally bought the car as I was due to retire from Jaguar and I wanted something to occupy me. As it happens, I never did retire and although I have spent many a happy hour improving her, I have only done about 300 miles since I bought her, 80 miles since the last MOT in 2011. I have never had an issue and everything works as it should. Last 2 MOT's have had no advisories.

Can you guys advise me on the best method/way to sell her? is it Piston Heads, E-bay, Classic Sports Cars etc , Any help/advice will be welcome.

Thanks

Hi.
See the post just below,'every time I think about selling'. For what they fetch at present I'm sure you are better off keeping the car, you will only regret it if you sell.

I sold my Tuscan through PH. Wouldn't use anyone else to be honest as you pay a lot for no return. Maybe the owners club site might help.

That's my recommendation too. You hit your target for serious buyers that way for the smallest outlay.
