Bonnet Release

Hi All

I have all the bits for the bonnet release, I have 2 pulls and all the catches, I read there was some with a single release pull, any body knows the bits required to convert them to 1 leaver.

Best bet is to PM Norman (Gerald-TVR) as he's broken a couple of cars.

Think this is what you'd need.....




You maybe don't want the main column mounting bracket (isn't yours modified for electric power steering)?

I could cut the lever mounting bracket bit off (or simple to fabricate) and post along with the lever, nylon pulley and cable.

Thanks that just what I need, I did keep the old steering bracket but modified it to fit the new column so can you cut off the part I need to weld onto mine. Rides on me, just let me know the postage and I will get it to you.

The jobs you've done on that car, I think you should be able to sort out a bonnet pull cable

Had a bad day at the office, I was going down to the workshop but might just have a nap instead.

I have had a look and I did not see the grove in the pulley.
