anyone looked at putting a more modern tvr floor mouted pedal box in the S.....these have the servo also in the footwell so should not rust out.

I'm running bigger discs all round and 4 pots up front so looking at different master cylinder anyway and the possibility of having to renew the servo which is only slightly rusty.

If you look at the T-car pedal boxes in detail, they are not very nicely made, but that's just my opinion. I have had a set of these pedals in my hands and was looking just out of casual interest, so not really weighing up if they would fit the S. They use a Ford Ka servo I believe, so it's a little more recent and readily available, but no more exotic than the Fiesta one on our cars.

I am using the standard Fiesta set up with Wilwood 4 pots and it works perfectly. Again, only my personal experience, but the standard S pedals are also quite well positioned for heel & toe use.

I think the later cars manage to have the servo enclosed because the inner wing structure is more extensive to achieve that. Are you looking at some fibreglass work to make such an alteration? The down side of the inner wings on the later cars is that they restrict access for working under the bonnet, whereas the S has easy access and it is not even a big job to remove the bonnet entirely. You balance that against our cars engine bays getting more weathered. That can be improved if you modify or make better wheel arch liners.
