Rear window

Hello everyone. We picked up an S 3 yesterday and it needs a new rear window. Does anyone know the name of the place in Melton Mowbray that does this please. I read about them on here the other day and now can't find the details. Many thanks.

I use Jim King from Thurmaston, he repairs some very expensive things.

He did my V8S a few years back, thicker yet more flexible than the original, all hand sewn etc.

Following our tornado, he's getting my 350i next week as the hailstones went through it and many more cars round here (my glass was OK, but many screens have been broken).

Don't know yet, he'll send me a quote. I'm off to Newquay with about 25 TVRs tomorrrow so remind me mid week and I'll let you know (memory not what it was!!!)

Mr Clifford, I have done a bit of 'market research' as my rear window has a split and is discoloured, and going rate for a rear window replacement seems to be 200 pounds.

Thank you graham. It's about £175 not too far away from me, but that's great ta !

That does seem to be the going rate.
