s1 speedo cable and gearbox connection

hi search is down, can anyone post a picture of the speedo conection area on the gearbox( s1 machanical type) have always had trouble getting the cable to stay in now its snapped and I cant get the end out??? also if anyone happens to have a spare cable could they give me a shout, cheers
