Hello All
After my very wet trip to and from Chatsworth I noticed both my headlamps were in poor condition with the reflective surface inside the lamps corroded so I purchased these
http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?ty=pb&p...
The problem I'm having is fitting the small side lamp.
On my originals the hole for the side lamp holder is pear shape which allows the small bulb holder to to fit at an angle so the headlamp unit and push back into the plastic lamp housing without obstruction but these replacement units hace a 13mm round hole so I cant get the original side light holder to fit. (hope this makes sense can post photos if needed)

I have purchased these and hope I can get thest to fit ok

I noticed before the search facility stopped working several of you have purchased these units so wondered if anyone else had the same issues.

I have fitted a few sets of these - its been a while but the only hassle I remember was that you had to prise the bulb terminals apart to get the bulbs in. (Sidelight bulbs not included push in type required). I used the new bulb holder that came with the headlight bowl. I can't remember how I joined the cables but if it was difficult I would have remembered!

Whilst these look odd with the dim-dip active, at other times they look fine, despite the absence of e numbers

I hope once I receive the small lamp holders from Ebay the lamps from Minispares will be fine, we shall see.

Just in case anyone else purchases the same lamps the small side lamp holders I purchased from Ebay have done the job which enabled the new lamp units to push home without fouling the holders.

Does anybody know where I can get a headlight chrome bezel ? For some reason one of them is going rusty.
Thanks.

These are what I have.

Wherever you buy them from you will need to fabricate the little "L" bracket at the bottom (its a TVR special).
