S's in Manchester?

Regularly drive through Glossop on a cruise up Snake Pass, so keep an eye out for my dark blue S2 -can't miss it since it's got a faded light blue hood (although that might change to black shortly)
Apart from the Stockport spotting, not seen any others around....there was a white S1 in the local grage mind...maybe the same one you've seen.

I can usually be found stagering around Charlesworth after a heavy session quite often !!
On this occasion it was only early evening, so I was fairly sobber.
You didn't actually nearly knock me down, I was just stood quite near to the road, it's quite a wierd sensation as a pedestrian when some thing as low as an S passes by, it felt as though you had driven underneath me.
Keep an eye out for my beast a Green S2.

Amusing!, I got the impression Charlesworth looked like a good place for a potential lock-in one evening. Can you recommend a pub?
Will do -but isn't it off road due to brake problems and a cracked wheel?
If you spot mine, flag me down and we can discuss how to fix those leaks over a pint

Ahh Tytherington. Wasn't on Fearndown Way was it cos there's a house on there with an Aston Martin Vanquish
That's the place, there's a new build estate with lots of houses with pillars either side of the front door!
Most of the houses had Chimps on the drives, which was why the guy was selling....and judging by the £1.2k discount on the asking price he wanted one bad
Its a PistonHeads meeting up at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire. Its on Sunday 9th of June, Starts around Midday. Lots of people intend to be there showing off there loverly cars. I think the TVRCC Midlands group will also be putting in an appearance. Currently 76 members intend to be there according to the calender but doubtless more will be coming. It should be a good day out. There are people coming from all over the country and a fair few convoys of TVRs. Whereabouts are you coming from?

Based in Stockport so Chatsworth is no problems. Bit concerend about the lovely car comment mind -at the price I paid for the motor it's no concours example!
Member of the TVRCC myself so maybe should make an appearance. Presumably with the Pistonheads affiliation it's more a festival of speed than a classic car show!

Well, we call the Grey Mare "Arkwirght's" as it has a tendancy to stay open "Later than most" let's say. In fact they even serve until 12 midweek.
Yes, the car is off the road, but all of the work is done, I am now just desperatley trying to source a wheel, looks like I will have to have the damged one repaired.
