Hi everyone - anyone tried this stuff on anything or ideally on those vulnerable bits of the S chassis.

Did look into this and a few other products but decided on por 15 in the end.Must admit i was tempted by this product as they have a wide colour choice.You may find bud that when you enquire about certain products they are hard to source,why i dont know but i decided on one product but had to wait nearly 2 months for it to come so i went for por 15 through frosts in the end.

I found that Por15 with the cleaner and metal prep fluid work the best. It certainly has stayed on there longest and is rock hard and doesn't chip off. Done mine in boreing black though.

I've used it many times in industrial applications where corrosion is a problem. Its fantastic stuff and gives a really good matt to satin finish. I'll be wolloping it on my Tuscan Challenge car chassis this winter.

The finish is relatively soft though so not sure how it will fair on a road car however they do do a hard coat version which I haven't used.
