Cover up!

A bit of a long shot - but as part of my efforts to get my car back into 'as original' nick, I find that I'm short of a spare wheel cover (for narrow, boot mounted type). Does anyone have a spare cover for sale?, if so I'd appreciate a contact.

As a point of interest, when speaking to a previous owner of my V8S, he said that the spare had been mounted under the bonnet when he purchased it - must have been a tight fit!.

Don't wish to sell mine (bit tatty anyway) but can take photo's and measurements if you fancy sewing up a copy?

I bought this off Ebay at the weekend. If you can change an oil filter you can use one of these. After a little bit more practice I reckon I can knock up some covers for the roof sections and a gear lever gaiter. The leather-cloth is £7.49 per meter (from Dunelm) so I don't want to make too many cock ups.

Thanks guys for the feedback regarding a replacement wheel cover. As no one
appears to have one for sale I guess my best bet is to get one made. So could I take up your kind offer Mike, of measurements and a photo, and I'll get one sorted that way. Cheers ... Chris
