I guess the usual reasons, I am just not using it enough, changes at work mean I am busier than ever and it seems a shame for it to just sit there like an (Extremely fast) naughty child that wants to be played with!

You will regret it the moment you hand over the keys and the new owner starts up and drives off with your car Can't you use it on the odd day for work? Mine stood idle for about 2 years whilst certain personal issues got in the way. Go on take it for a blast and tell me you did not grin from ear to ear.

As above. Mine sat in the garage for two years as well but one I was able to afford to tax and fuel it again those difficult times just faded away. If you don't need thew cash and have the space why not just hang on until circumstances change?

Dont do it when its gone you cant just go out and buy
another one they are getting very rare good investment i would say
take it of the road for a year better then money in the bank
and a lot more fun

All good points but my mind is made up and don't forget my loss will be somebody else's gain!
and at £5K it's an absolute bargain.
