Well the car has been dropped off at Hayward & Scott this morning. Their workshops contained a fully restored (at a cost of 27K!) TR3, a dragster type thingy, a couple of Porsches, and a load other supercars under covers. These guys are so polite. None of the "alwight mate" usuals. They even gave me a lift to the station. To cap it all, the lady at the ticket office was friendly and efficient, a lady smiled and said hello on the footbridge and the sun was shining.

My S2 has a Hayward and Scott exhaust system. I didn,t fit it though. The previous owner was responsible for that. All i can say is it sounds marvellous, although the whistle from the supercharger sort of takes over with a heavy right foot.
