UK Photography Locations Map

I thought it might be a good idea to build up a map of locations around the UK that are great photography locations. This could then become a great resource of places to travel to take photos or to find places near you that you did not know about.
Therefore I have created a custom map on google maps that I have annotated with some places I have been. The really useful thing is that when you add a placemark you can edit the html. This means that you can add a description (perhaps what type of photography the location is good for e.g. automotive or landscape and how to get to it etc) and also a photo taken at the location which is easy to add via flickr.
So here is the map I have created so far:

To add to it you need a google account (which if you don't have one automatically from a gmail account, you can just register your normal email address to a google account, you do not need an account to view the map just to add to it) and all you do to start is click "Edit" on the left panel of screen.
Once you have done that a button appears to add a placemark - navigate to your location on the map and drop a placemark there, give it a title and then click "Edit HTML". Here you write your description, then go to flickr and copy the html code (I have used the small size) and paste it into the box, click OK and you are done.
The list of locations will extend down the left hand pane so to view a location you can click on the title or click on the placemark on the map.
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts about the idea and hopefully see some additions to it soon! If it catches on perhaps a mod could sticky the link.
