USB charger for Panasonic TZ10

I'm someone more knowledge than I might be able to help me out. I'm looking for a USB charger for my Panasonic TZ10 (battery is a DMW BCG10). The only one I can find is on ebay for £6 (http://goo.gl/q2beG) - whilst £6 is fine for a punt, I'm wondering if it will work / be chronically slow.

The charger that came with the camera is (DE-A66) says on the back:

Input: 110-240V~50/60Hz 0.2a
Output: 4.2V - 0.65a

Looking at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Serial_Bus#... suggests that the output is within the guidelines of USB, but I'm not convinced...

Does anyone know of a charger that will work? Is there such a thing as a USB to 2 slot power cord adapter (http://img3.prosperent.com/images/250x250/site.unbeatablesale.com/img014/ctg2494.jpg)...
