Brighton Walk 2nd April

Next walk is in Brighton. We're organising this through PH and Facebook. We have a couple of friends who aren't PHers at the end of the day. Sign up to either list.

Still need to work out an appropriate start, suggestions are welcome. Sunset is 730pm, so it might be nice to get 30 minutes of that, so maybe a 7pm start. But I am open to suggestions for this one. Finish is whenever/wherever we finish.
There is also the possibility of a drink or two during the evening if people are up for it. I say that, because it's a longer evening, and some of us aren't driving that night
I'm no way suggesting that this is a pub crawl with cameras
Speaking of which, we need to sort lifts and cars. There really is no point in taking several cars down when we can have a designated driver and share the cost of petrol.

Nor can I, as I'm in Somerset for a family christening. 
Could we look for a concensus on dates rather than a dictat? If we're looking at Saturdays, I can do the 9th or the 23rd at the moment.
My thinking was to plan on arriving mid afternoon, given that:
1. I for one don't know Brighton anything like as well as London, so fancy the idea of more of a trundle round figuring out what to photograph.
2. There's loads of interesting graffiti and stuff which might be better shot in daylight.
Obviously there's nothing to stop people coming down just for the evening and meeting up somewhere obvious like the pier.

That's nice. I don't get to go to the destination I suggested then! It might've been nice to actually suggest a date and check for availability, rather than just choosing one at random? I even said before the Buckingham Palace outing that we had 2 left in London before we went to Brighton at your suggestion!

Nobody ever told me the schedule, possibly because I wasn't at the first outing. I did say last time that I wouldn't be able to get away again until the 9th, but nobody mentioned a fixed schedule then, either.
