Urgent help with Corel/Photoshop needed.

I need somebody to create inserts/cutoffs from a map file supplied. They will have to be to scale and that's what confuses the hell out of me. I've just spent a whole evening working on it in photoshop and can't take it any more, I think it would be much easier/quicker to do in Corel but I don't know it/have it.

It's pretty urgent so I'm happy to pay some money to somebody who would like to spend an evening working on it.
