Best camera (with video).

Hi Guys,

Can someone point me in the direction of a cheap camera (£100 ish) which has a good video on it?

It will only be used to bolt on to my roll cage for track days and then removed to take few photos. Not looking to upgrade it, just would like it ready out the box.
