Can anyone reccommend the best camera for under £100/£200? I am looking to spend £200 max and don't have a clue where to begin looking for cameras & what all the specifications mean etc.

What sort of camera are you looking for, a DSLR with endlessy changable lenses, a compact that'll slip into your pocket or something in between?

I don't know what a DSLR is, I'm looking for one that would fit in my pocket. A digital camera I think its called?

Id go for a Panasonic Lumix TZ10 if I was you. It's difficult to take a bad picture with one of these! You should be able to pick one up for under £200 off the internet...if not go for the TZ7 or TZ8.
