Anyone here got/used a Canon EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS

what do you think of it?
I'm after a Zoom lens with Image stabilisation and this one could well fit the bill

Absolutely superb lens for the money, nice and sharp, lightweight, decent reach on a crop body, job done!

Yes, bought one last week. Very sharp, and the IS works brilliantly well. Excellent VFM.

Probably the best all range longer lens package until you double your budget for the 70-200 F4 L. Hardly take mine off my camera.
