Auto-watermarking

Hey folks.

I'd like to add a simple water mark image to any snaps I process from now on, well for the company anyway. Is there an easy way to do it automatically in Photoshop for batches, or is it something I'm best doing manually?

If so, how do I go about it?

Irfanview can do it very easily. File->Batch Processing->Advanced

Can it be done by creating a new "custom" paintbrush in PS?

I personally use Lightroom for watermarking. In PS I *think* the only way to do it is to record an action to create a watermark and then use the Automate option to apply the action to all of the photos.

Actually I just Googled and the action way seems to be the main way that people recommend.
