Best Camcorder for budget of £200...

As the title states, myself and the wife are going to get ourselves a camcorder for Christmas.

I know very little about these things, other than fact that the little Canon that I borrow off my parents is pretty good!

But I put it to those more knowledgeable than me to find the best for that budget.

Uses will mainly be holidays, point and shoot style etc, i.e. nothing too flash.
