Anyone upgraded from iPhoto '09 to iPhoto '11?

I use Lightroom myself but I subscribe to a few Apple blogs. TUAW said it was very buggy at the moment:

Bugs ought to get fixed and a few patches have been released already.

Might be an idea to wait a while for the bugs to be fixed or just upgrade to Aperture3 instead.
