Help! looking for a basic camera...

Trying to find a digital camera for my parents, who are not technically minded. I gave them a Fuji camera a couple of years ago, but they found it difficult to use and couldn't get the hang of using a USB cable to get the photos onto the computer.
The main requirements are therefore as follows...
1) Must be very easy to use (point & shoot)
2) Must have a docking station for the PC (so the camera's memory card will open as a folder on the PC when it's placed in the docking station)
3) Docking station must also recharge the camera
4) 3 megapixel minimum
5) Must look like a standard digital compact camera (i.e. not bright pink or a wacky shaped kiddie's camera)
6) Price must be under £100
Can anyone suggest any camaras which might fit these criteria?

I seem to recall that the Kodak range offers product along the lines you describe.
However my observations of requirements for things 'photographic' within my family are that nothing ever really works for people who mostly have little interest in taking photographs though would sometimes like a snap shot to keep (of almost anything it seems) so long as someone else has taken it.
To put it another way, the 'problems' with an available camera often seem to manifest themselves when someone asks 'why haven't you taken any photographs recently?'
Of course your experiences may be different.
