Helicon Focus activation code

Bought this program yonks ago, used it a couple of times but since the last time of using it I've had a HD failure, on installing it again from my back up it is asking me for the activation code again, hadn't backed up my email so have lost the one sent to me, have sent repeated requests to heliconsoft.com but am getting no help whatsoever.

Can anyone help me out with a code to re-activate?

Surely they have your email address saved? Can they not just resend the activation email?

thats what I've been trying the last couple of weeks, just no response various email addresses used as well

I could buy another but its another £70 & I dont see why I should.
