Guardian 'Eyewitness'

[GetCarter]

Came across http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/series/eyewitness via an iPad app

Some utterly jaw dropping photo journalism.

ie

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/picture/2010/jul/1...

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/picture/2010/jun/1...

(And before any of you get going on the iPad, try one, don't believe all the rubbish you hear. It's fking brilliant - the perfect way to store and show photos. Not a phone, a notebook or a laptop, a completely intuitive device. Any computer that has an instruction manual with only 11 words (!) gets my vote. Highly recommended).

Useless trivia - the ejection seat in those is made by Martin Baker, of Denham in Buckinghamshire. (I used to work for them, many years ago).
