Just a few photos I have quickly edited up.

Bar a slight bit of cropping, resizing and sharpening, these are as out of the camera. Lighting levels/contrast etc are as out of the camera.

These were taken on a 30D with the 100-400L IS lens apart from pic 11, which was taken using a 300D with standard kit lens 17-55mm.

Hope you like these.

Nice, especially the Red Arrows, lovely colour. Got any more of the Vulcan?

Really love the Vulcan shot.

You don't happen to have any of the Romanian Mig 21 display team do you?

The Romanian Mig 21s cancelled about two months ago, as I understand it one was to be the display aircraft and the other would have gone on the static park (or used as a spare). Bit of a shame they cancelled as they would have been one of the highlights.

Anyway some more Vulcan shots, one from early in the morning and the from after the show.

You had the weather for it, mind, we were too tight for tickets so stayed with family in a field at the end of the run way. Grey skies etc today and tbh I was happier photoing the people watching the planes

Got a little video of the vulcan landing. For me all I wanted to see was this thing flying as I had never heard or seen one in the air. Now I am happy

Taken with a D300, and the Sigma 50-500. My camera was playing up and the ISO was cranked up high for alot of the pics, have to send off the D300 to get repaired frown My only contribution to this thread, for the time being! Off to Poland tomorrow evening for a week, have to pack now!

Great set there, really impressive. That one of the Vulcan with the sun lighting it up is fan-bloody-tastic imo.

Dutch -16, stunning colour and clarity, I went today for the departures and struggled with the sun all day!

Selective colouring normally can look tacky - not this though, awesome smile

I could very well be wrong, but I'm not sure that's selective colouring - look to be hints of blue in the sky in among the clouds. Which I guess makes it even more dramatic.

That is a good photo clap , my one of the Hawk didn't come out as dramatic as that, as I was overexposing a bit.
