Photography rights

[james_tigerwoods]

There was a thread on here (I think) a while back that had a link to a document that stated your rights about photography in a public place - does anyone have it or know what it's called so I can find it?

This article - http://www.amateurphotographer.co.uk/news/Photogra...

Is what made me think of it.

Thanks
