Recovery software for SD cards

[Pot Bellied Fool]

Hi all

I've just been asked to pull someone's backside out've the fire

SD card with shots of a holiday on that was accidentally overwritten with a video file (that was subsequently deleted).

Anyone recommend any (free - ideally) software that might be able to recover the original files?

Cheers - Dunc.

[Dogsey]

If it's been overwritten then I would guess there is no chance of getting it all back, you might get some of the images back if the video file took up less space than the images though.

CardRecovery will get back images that were not overwritten by the video file.

Those that were are lost and gone forever.
