some quick advice needed

[crackthatoff]

looking at a cheepish camera to take to cuba for crimbo, looking at some waterproof ones for the warm water there.
I keep looking at reviews but my head is spinning, At the mo I'm swinging towards the panasonic.
The reviews and youtube vids seem to think its amasing at videos but not pics, then theres the cannon but the price and shape is a little dodgy. the olympus with a 10m depth is attractive for diving etc and the fuji is cheap as chips what do you think ?
