Small but decent pocket camera?

Guys, my Canon digital Ixus40 just doesn't cut it anymore unfortunately, the quality of the pictures isn't the best. It was a great camera around 6 years ago when I bought it though!

Looking for a compact camera which takes good quality pictures. Not bothered about all the latest technology unless it is necessary obviously?

Any recommendations? If anyone has one lying around they would like to get rid of them please give me a shout before I go out and give someone else the cash.

Ixus ones are great, i had an ixus 40.

I now have a fujifilm finepix.

The Ixus40 is the camera that is being replaced.

I bought a Canon S90 last weekend to replace a Powershot A470. Seems to do the business... especially good in low light.

I'll be replacing my Ixus40 over Christmas (bit too battered to be reliable now).

And I'll be getting a 120IS I think.
