Very wet at Crawley today, to the extent I had to change all my clothes (bar my T-Shirt) when I got home. The camera has also gone haywire firing off a never-ending salvo of shots everytime you switch it on. frown

Was very quiet in Crawley town centre compared to other years I have been, the weather really put a dampener on it.

Anyway, here are some of my efforts.

Hats off to you for turning out, the weather was truly dire. I've gone along to Crawley the last few years but wimped out in the face of the deluge this morning, after such a nice run of weather leading up as well.

Even more respect to those that ran their , mostly open, cars in such foul weather, I was out in the car late morning and was surprised how many we saw on the road, quite a few by the side of it unfortunately. Hope they are all home in the warm and dry now, or at least in the pub.

Shot a huge number of images just north of Brighton. I have NEVER been so wet, and the poor drivers and passengers were having a bit of a rough time.

Loved this old steam driven one - you can even see the rain!
