Well taking some advice from an earlier thread I decided to get closer to my subject. It all ended rather quickly really.
But for your amusement!:-
Get closer to your subject they said...


Close enough!


I was sitting in about 2 feet of water there. Camera still works fine, although it did take about 2 hours before it let me download any pictures!

Aha! that was my first guess but i thought the IoW would be visible.

Pics turned out good though, better than the inside of your car just after no doubt!

It is there in the background of some of them along with Portsmouth/Southsea.
As for the inside of the the car - well lets just say I'm glad it wasn't the TVR but my outgoing company car.
Pity really the imminent car has leather seats I could have chamois'd them off rather than let it all soak in!
