The Discussion thread for October's Photo Competition!

The theme for this months photo competition is (trumpets)...........Nature's special gifts!

Usual PH competition rules apply:

Well if this isn't a theme for 4hero I don't know what is smile

PS first person to submit a macro photo is gay

i'm not bitter I don't have a certain MP-E 65mm, honest hehe

You know the first thing that sprung to mind was a special gift the dog would leave in the garden for you. But somehow I don't think that is whats intended! wink

Unfortunately, I also thought of that first...It's either that or someone's going to post a 'lovely' photo from a maternity delivery ward just as nature's gift is arriving...

The red & Yellow flower is pretty cool, well composed with the two surrounding flowers forming near symmetry & the main focus is drawn always back to the center which in turn is well coloured & cheery.

But I'm not the judge, I just like the photo.
