Hey sorry Adz The Rat I missed these thats a cool location, I never went to any farm sites when I covered Urbex at Uni..

Nixon Lane in Leyland.
Best to park at the top and walk down as its uneven ground and not really suitable for most cars, the old farmhouse is about 1/2 a mile down on the right hand side behind some old gates.

If you go down would love to see your pics of it.
