I'm considering getting a pentax K-m with 18-55 and 50-200 DAL lenses.
£380 from my local Currys ( I wouldn't normally consider buying anything from here, but the price is very competitive)
I have some old Pentax prime lenses which I can re-use ( In Camera VR )
I like the flexibility of AA batteries
Any good reasons not to buy this ?

Well, unless you have masses of lenses you'd be better off with Canon or Nikon, which between them probably have something like a 80% market share (rough guess). Far better support, far more choice of aftermarket lenses etc. Whilst the rival systems are good in many cases, they will always be a bit "betamax". If you never intend to spend another penny then the pentax maybe the way to go, if not go canikon.
As an aside, the old lenses may work, but with obviously without AF and support for modern metering. There's also the issue that older lenses tend to get shown up big time by digital, we didn't used to zoom into 100% and pixel peep in the old days. They also tend to flare and have less contrast than digital glass, as the sensors are more reflective than film, so the light bounces around more (modern digital coatings aim to counter this).
I'm not trying to put you off, just want to point out that the results from older lenses may not be upto much, and you options to upgrade maybe limited with pentax.
