how to make the lines go away

hi i have recently been recording me on a game for youtube on a handycam and there seems to be lines on the screen how can i make them go away?

What screen are we talking about? Normally if you record a moving picture on a screen (particularly a CRT screen) then there is a mismatch between the frame rate of the camcorder and the refresh rate of the screen, which causes the lines. Once they are recorded, I don't think there's any way to get rid of them.

sometimes on a plasma and sometimes on a normal tv screen
