PS Help needed with this photo......!

Help needed in cleaning up this photo please.
1.Remove lampost,
2.Remove cable along wall.
3.Fad out number plate.

Any help most appreicated......

I thought I had demonstrated that with my high tech rendering above. Mind you, that was achieved in MS Paint so perhaps me getting such seamless blending is all the more impressive.

I guess its just a matter of taste.
I think leightons looks overprocessed and fake. Far too much saturation.

I do like to think that i know what i'm doing when i comes to using photoshop.

I'd just like to say many thanks for all your guys efforts,I'm a mere beginner but here's my effort which has taken nearly 5 hrs so far,!!

i'll have to get to know my wife again ! after this.And I've found another 6 photos to play with too .!
