Recommend me a compact camera?

[TheStoat]

Hi guys n gals,

Title says it all really but here are a few must haves:

Compact Flash or SD card for compatibility
Decent optical zoom rather than digital zoom
Sensible battery life
Multi-shot / burst mode

I'm off to look at dpreview now but what would you guys recommend?

Cheers,

Andy
