Going to Syria - thinking of some HDR

[Wadeski]

Hi chaps,

I'm headed to Syria next week, which should offer some awesome shooting opportunities. I am very much still dipping my toe in the shallow end of photgraphy, but my robust Finepix S6500 mid-range camera has served me well so far.

I've always been attracted to HDR, and am pretty good with computers and software so that side of it should be pretty easy to pick up. Other than a good tripod, are there any guides to what else I will need?

Drop Baz7175 a PM, and I mean that with all due respect as I think he mentioned that camera in a recent thread as bringing out a lot of colour

I'd say shoot RAW and decide what you want to do with post processing once you've shot it, but each to their own
