Evening all,

Ive found a RICOH KR-10 in my attic, its got to be at least 20years old as my dad left it behind when he left.

Any ideas on the camera because i know nothing really, its got a flash unit and 2 lenses. But all the dials are a little confusing, have managed to open the view finder shutter but not sure how and thats about it.

Can any of you shed any light?

Cheers

Michael

ETA: just did a google and found a user manual... thats a start!

As it happens I used the next model up, the XR-7, for 16 years, and still have it.

You put film in the back, a battery underneath, then carry on as you would for a DSLR - except of course you have to wind the film on after each exposure with the lever. Suggest you use 'A' for aperture-priority automtatic exposure. You'll need to focus manually.

It's a perfectly good film SLR, but if you don't want to use it you may as well keep it as a souvenir because the value will be thrumpence I'm afraid.
