Help - wide angle gizmo

[Vipers]

Hi guys, got an email the other day, and can't find it now. It was detailing a screw on adaptor to fit the 18-55 mm Canon SLR digital lens, and turns it into a 12 mm lense, sort of, about £60.

Does anyone know who sells it?

Tks
