Hi, I'm after the above 2 lenses after reading lots about them. I want them for a winter holiday in Finland but I'm going to buy them in time for Rally GB in a couple of weeks 'cos I'm impatient smile Already excited thinking about wide-angle shots in the service park and f1.8 could be useful on the stages if I can get close enough (I think I can from past experience).

I'd like to buy new rather than second hand. They're to go on a Canon 400D.

So far Jessops looks like the best package £399.98 in total for both. Do any of you know anywhere better? The websites I've seen are more than this once postage is taken into account. Any mega deals I'm missing?

Any help gratefully received smile

Steve

Cheers guys. I'll check the eBay link when I'm at home.

Looking at the price comparison site, Jessops comes out therabouts with the XMAS20 discount code.

My local camera shop is actually Jessops, and in this case I'm pleasantly surprised how competitive they are. I think I'll be popping in there at the weekend.

Jessops have their place, but I've never known them to be cheap for lenses. Buy a camera mag, look through the adverts.

warehouseexpress and mifsud spring to mind...

I'll have a nosey. In this case they're about £10 more for the f1.8 and £20 cheaper than most for the Sigma - plus there is a £20-off offer.
