I was looking at your site the other day as a few people i work with (both photographers) are looking for new supplier for canvass prints for customers. I passed on your site after reading good reviews on here.

A question that i want to ask is I have a Nikon D40 which is 6.3mp what is the max size that i could print to canvass without much distortion?

Cheers

I'm sure Tim will clarify, but for ref I took this on a D40 and Tim printed on canvas at 40x30" and it's come out really well

Thanks Andy - I agree, providing the camera is set to it's highest quality setting, 30 x 40" is achievable with a great result (partly thanks to genius software Genuine Fractals).

Not to take away from a fellow PHer's business, but if you want a cheap and cheerful option I've used updone.com and been very happy with the results. (Do go for the gloss option though unless you have a specific need for matte.) Granted the quality won't be comparable.

Having just received a canvas print from Tim I'd just like to voice my support for him. The quality of the print has far exceeded my expectations. I had a lengthy conversation with Tim prior to my order about the printing equipment he uses. The comparative difference in quality of inks and canvas from those prints I've previously seen is immediately obvious. The finish is deep and tough and the canvas thick and beautifully stretched over the frame.

I thoroughly recommend him.
