10 of the best - elvington (few pics 56k yadaa) C+C

Sunday 27th i went to 10 of the best comp at Elvington near york.

The day comprises of 1/4 mile timed runs, top speed and a handling course. The main contenders were mostly jap cars with High BHP all going for that 200mph mark.

I took today to try out doing some candid crowd shots rather than the normal car shots.

All the shots were taken with Nikon D40 with either a 18-55 kit lens or 55-200 VR

All I want to know is, did the Granada win?

Nice pictures, prefer the car ones to the crowd ones as I've never been much of a people watcher.

TBH i think it did.

From what a guy was saying it was supercharged V6/8 and very quick!

It's a V8, and he usually drives it to the shows and back.. from Ireland. Impressive.

Yes, it's a turbocharged LS1 V8 lump in there.
