Afternoon all,

I've recently bought an Oregon Scientific ActionCam (VGA video camera that records straight to SD cards) for use climbing/skiing/cycling/Caterham. Any tips for a beginner in video editing or is it just a case of me playing around with the software, getting used to it all? Will be using iMovie on a Mac.

Cheers,
Ewen.

I have also just bought one of those camera's and I am very pleased with it, I have been doing the editing with Windows Movie Maker, sorry this does not help you with the Mac, this is my first Video taken with the camera, it was at the side of my number plate on the TVR.

iMovie should do the job perfectly well... These vids were shot with an ATC1000 (probably the earlier version of yours)..

Just shoot some footage, stick it in iMovie and have a play... it's fun..
