Canon User Manuals (450D Specifically)

I bought my Canon 450D in Puerto Banus last week and obviously everything in the box is Spanish/Portuguese.

Does anyone know of a site from which I can download a user manual for the camera in English?

I'm struggling to find one.

I negotiated the price with lens down to 500 Euro's which I thought wasn't too bad. Although I'm sure someone somewhere will have got it for cheaper.
