Canon DC10 software

I have a Canon DC10 camcorder and I have lost the disc to install the software onto my PC, I spoke to the Canon helpline who have said the software is not available as a download and directed me to their UK agent. They told me they don't supply or hold the disc's so I would apprecaite it if someone can advise me of a product I can purchase that will allow me to transfer vids from my camcorder onto my PC and edit them

Do you have Windows Movie Maker as supplied on most/all PCs? Works a treat on mine.

Ah yes I do, its errr a works PC so never really dug around it but I will give that a shot
