Impressed - A Shout For Warehouse Express!

Just thought I drop a line - I bought a new digital SLR (400d) yesterday from Warehouse Express, popped home at lunchtime today and hey presto there it was waiting for me.

Very impressed with the speed of service and now can't wait to get back home to have a go!

they are not the cheapest but have been 100% reliable for my orders with them

They did cock up one of my orders. However once I contacted them they resolved it very quickly in a very professional manner at no further cost to me.

Often I find it's a mark of a good company how they react when things go wrong. I was really happy with the service from Warehouse Express on that and all the other occasions I have used them. Defintely a thumbs up from me for these guys.

I was speaking in general - all retailers will be cheapest for some items but not all at any point in time. I keep going back to them because they offer a wide range of products, they have the majority of them in stock, they do not sell grey imports and they deliver when they say they will.

I have spent a lot of money with them so remain a fan, I have been burnt by ebay/Hong Kong type sellers who may say they will save you money but you do not have a guarantee of delivery. (that is my experience and the time it took me to get my money back made UK based retailers seem very cheap indeed!)

The only two online retailiers I will use:

1.) Warehouse Express
2.) Karlu

both give excellent advice, price and servce. Both are staffed by people that know the products. I remember last time we had a thread about warehouse we all got into trouble
